A regimental Scottish Highland skean dhu for the Gordon Highlanders, 3¾ inch blade with a fuller either side and a scalloped edge, basket weave horn hilt set with silver studs, cast silver mounts top and bottom decorated with thistles and flower heads, the top surmounted with a cairngorm, tooled leather sheath with white metal mounts, no hallmarks. Overall 7¾ inches. The blade with small stain, the stone chipped.    #9829mlo
