19th CENTURY TURKISH KNIFE #9705

A mid-19th century Turkish knife, the scimitar shaped 5 inch single edged blade etched on both sides with a foliate and leaf pattern turned brown hardstone handle inlaid with in gold en-suite to the blade, the top set with an amethyst, the bottom brass section set with red and orange stones, a few losses, overall 8 inches,  a small chain has 2 Turkish coins attached   #9705no
