An early copper powder flask for a gun, of the stylised leaf design as the central motif and encircling complement, the top plate stamped NIMROD, the patent marking of the maker and the makers name BARTRAM & Co, the graduated top marked in grams, 2, 2¼, 2½ and 2¾, dented one side and a small side split, spring at fault.
