A cased pair of flintlock box-lock pocket pistols with 1¼ inch turn-off barrels with an arrowhead design engraved at one end, the frames engraved either side with stands of arms and signed on one side of the frame STAUDENMAYER. LONDON. Both pistols numbered on the frame, 1 and 2, concealed triggers, plain walnut butts with silver escutcheons both engraved with the initial "M" under a crown, sliding safety catches, waterproof pans. Contained in the original baize lined varnished oak box, complete with bullet mold, powder flask, barrel wrench and later turn-screw, the lid with a plain brass escutcheon. In full working order.
