RARE AND UNUSUAL INDONESIAN LOMBOK DAGGER #9239

A rare and unusual Indonesian dagger possibly from the Sasak tribe of Lombok, heavy 7½ inch single edged blade, exquisitely carved  black buffalo horn hilt in the form of the Hindu god KALI showing her long tongue, contained in a wooden sheath, carved on one side with the Hindu monkey god Hanuman, the sheath with a wooden belt hook. Overall 14 inches. The sheath with an old collection label in Danish. #8239myo
