BEFORE YOU ORDER:  please be aware of your own country's laws on the collecting of antique weapons.

PAYMENT : Can be made by money-order, cashier's cheque, personal cheque (UK only) or the following credit cards.

RETURN POLICY : Two days inspection privilege. If not satisfied, notify me by fax  or E-Mail and return the item unfired and in the same condition as initially shipped and I will refund the  ITEM PURCHASE PRICE  promptly.  (Customer is responsible for both party's shipping costs and any Customs charges and a 5% restocking charge.) If the price of shipping is included in the sale price and the item is then returned, the shipping charge will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.  
LAYAWAY : Buyer pays 30% down or by negotiation.  Balance due 30 days after initial payment.  (No return or refund on layaway items if these terms are not met, unless by written agreement).

RESERVED ITEMS : I will post a reserved sign on an item that has been sold via the internet catalogue to a customer who has paid by credit card, has promised to send a cheque in the mail to arrive within four days or has paid a deposit by credit card.  The item is then posted as reserved until the sale is final.  Other parties  interested in the same item will be notified in order should the first sale not complete.

SHIPPING : The buyer pays all shipping and insurance expenses. I normally ship air 1 or 2 days to Europe7 days to USA, unless requested otherwise.

I am always willing to take on consignments for collectors or examine items and bid on same in auction.

Placing an order with Alan S. Cook deems acceptance of all conditions of sale.

Title to goods supplied by Alan S. Cook remain with Alan S. Cook until full payment of the total invoice has been made to Alan S. Cook.
